Campaign Update
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Thingy’s first project update. First and foremost, our biggest thank you for your support. We truly could not have reached this far without you!
As we head into “home stretch” mode, we are already eager to think about our next steps ahead. Besides diving into app development, that is.
Owing to all your support, it is looking like we will really be able to grow Thingy into a sustainable business to continue to serve you for as long as we can.
But first things first, we thought we would extend a token of gratitude and appreciation.
Founding Member Club (with Exclusive Benefits)
We are forming an exclusive Founding Member Club and, as a backer, you are automatically eligible for a lifetime membership (at no extra cost to you).
The specifics will be more carefully worked out after this "home stretch" rush, and you will be the first to hear about them.
A few benefits just off the top of our heads:
- ✅ Lifetime discounts on refills
- ✅ Special offers on our referral program (which we plan on rolling out in the app to let more people know about Thingy — while you get bonuses)
- ✅ Exclusive discounts on merchandise items
And possibly more to add down the road!
On that note, please feel free to invite your friends to make pledges before the deadline as well, so that you get to be “club buddies” and lock in the benefits together.
Our Channels are Open
In just the previous day or so, we noticed that a couple of our early backers canceled their pledge. As disheartening as it was, we respect their decision, so we won’t bother them individually to find out more about why.
But please know that we will always be willing to listen to any concerns you may have. This is how we keep doing better and better.
Another Update Soon
We plan on sharing another project update shortly after the campaign ends. In the meantime, if you’ll excuse us, we’ll be in the “home stretch corner” seeing if there’s anything more we can do.
Speak again soon :)
Kathy
